Renovohaus manages renovation projects across 25 markets in southern Ontario and staffs them from a vetted network of local trades. If your work is good and your paperwork is real, we want to hear from you.
Scoped before you arrive
Projects come to you with the scope, budget expectations, and client questions already worked through. You quote real work, not vague wish lists.
We handle the client side
Scheduling changes, expectation management, and mid-project questions route through us. You talk to one coordinator and spend your hours on the tools.
Your work fills the pipeline
Good trades in our network get first call on projects in their region and trade. No marketing spend, no chasing cold leads, no bidding wars against ghosts.
What we check before you join
We tell homeowners every trade on their project has been vetted, and we mean it. The bar:
- Applicable trade licensing (Licensed Electrical Contractor for electrical, provincial certification for plumbing and HVAC)
- Commercial general liability insurance
- Current WSIB coverage
- References from completed projects, and photos of recent work
- Clear communication: showing up when you said you would counts for a lot here
How it works after you apply
- 1. We review your application and call you.
- 2. Documents get verified: licence, insurance, WSIB.
- 3. We check references and look at completed work.
- 4. You start receiving projects that fit your trade and region.
